The Role

You will own the end-to-end implementation of LearningBuilder, our credentialing management platform, for multiple customers at the same time. On any given week, you might be gathering requirements with one customer in the morning, configuring workflows for another in the afternoon, and testing a go-live build for a third by Friday.

This is not an internal IT role. You won't support a single organization indefinitely. You will repeatedly take new customers from contract to launch, developing industry and product expertise and building a repeatable craft doing it.

If you've worked as a business analyst or implementation specialist at a software company, or as a project manager at a technology consultancy who juggled multiple client engagements, this will feel familiar. We'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

• Run 2–3 concurrent customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
• Translate customer needs into user stories, workflow diagrams, and documented configurations
• Configure LearningBuilder to meet each customer's specific business requirements (without having to program it)
• Keep projects on track using our project management tools, you own your timeline and your commitments
• Serve as the day-to-day customer contact, escalating to Engineering Support when needed
• Contribute to product improvement: documenting feature ideas, testing new releases, and building training content

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience managing multiple clients in a B2B context is required.
• Experience implementing or onboarding external customers onto a software product — not just supporting internal users
• Comfortable moving between multiple clients and projects without losing details or momentum
• Strong written and verbal communication — you're often the face of Heuristic to our customers
• Skilled at gathering and documenting business requirements
• Familiar with project management tools and light BPM concepts
• Curious and self-directed — you find your own answers before escalating

We welcome candidates with a Liberal Arts degree. Domain experience in credentialing, licensing, or associations is a plus, not a requirement.

Our LearningBuilder Services team has several open positions at different levels of responsibility, from mid level analyst to senior consultant, to account manager.

This is an "in office" position, meaning you will commute most days of the week. We are not accepting remote only applications and are not offering relocation assistance.
