Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrator with strong experience using Deltek Costpoint. This role will support administrative and financial operations by assisting with data entry, reporting, and system management within Costpoint. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working within the Costpoint system, and able to quickly integrate into an existing team to provide operational support. This is an in-person, temporary role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and administrative tasks within Deltek Costpoint
• Assist with project setup, maintenance, and updates in the system
• Generate and review reports related to project costs, billing, and financial data
• Support accounting, finance, or project management teams with administrative tasks
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and project data - Assist with documentation, record management, and compliance requirements
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using Deltek Costpoint (required)
• Previous administrative, accounting, or project support experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in government contracting or project-based environments
• Familiarity with accounting or financial processes
• Familiarity with Quickbooks

Compensation
