To support this mission, we are seeking a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to lead the charge in modernizing federal and defense operations. In this role, you won't just build applications; you will architect the digital engines that drive mission-critical programs. By leveraging the full Power Platform stack and SharePoint Online, you will help our clients move away from legacy processes and toward a more agile, data-driven future. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and readiness of those who serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) tailored to complex government workflows.
- Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline approval chains, system integrations, and data transformations.
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to provide program leadership with actionable, real-time insights.
- Architect and manage SharePoint Online environments to serve as secure collaboration hubs and document management platforms.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with the broader M365 ecosystem, including Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into iterative, high-quality technical solutions.
- Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and technical support for deployed enterprise solutions.
Required Experience/Clearance
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Demonstrated experience designing and administering SharePoint Online sites, including custom lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and the Power Platform admin center.
- Proven ability to build automated flows with Power Automate that include error handling and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Desired Experience
- Experience working within GCC or GCC High M365 environments.
- Front-end web development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React.
- Knowledge of the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or integrating AI/ML capabilities into Power Platform apps.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, or PL-400.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for the Power Platform and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines.
