 Responsibilities for Branch Collections Manager:     

• Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
• Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
• Maintain delinquency & charge-off for the branch portfolio
• Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
• Help ensure branch compliance
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Requirements for Branch Collections Manager:     

• First-party consumer collections management
• Subprime experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Customer service focus
• Leadership ability

 Work Hours for Branch Collections Manager:     

• No Sundays
• Some early evening & Saturday work hours required
• 45-48 hours a week
