Description
The Senior Business Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective technical and analytical solutions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and support implementation of technology and analytics solutions.
- Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Document business requirements, procedures, and system processes to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Coordinate testing efforts, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet project objectives.
- Track and resolve technical issues while communicating insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Support project coordination by maintaining documentation, schedules, and updates related to project milestones and deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and implementing enhancements that improve system performance and quality assurance.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of four years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
