At Knix, our stores are built on connection - with our customers, our product, and each other. We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who leads with people first, brings energy to the floor, and helps turn great service into strong results.
You partner closely with the Store Manager to coach the team, lead during busy moments, and create a space where customers feel comfortable, confident, and cared for - especially in the fitting room. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to grow into full store leadership while bringing Knix’s mission to life every day.
