Now weâre looking for a Product Adoption Manager who ensures customers realise real, measurable value from what weâve built - turning features into outcomes, usage into expansion, and customers into advocates đȘ

Requirements
About You:
- đ Youâve spent 2+ years in CS, Product Enablement, TAM or Implementation, working with Enterprise SaaS customers
- âïž Product-geek: you love getting deep into products - configuring workflows, understanding integrations and figuring out how things really work.
- đ§ Strategic and hands-on: you enjoy running customer calls, rolling out new features, and building Looms or guides to drive adoption
- đ Customer value obsessed: you think in adoption, health scores, retention and expansion (not just support tickets)
- â Youâre high-agency: using an âextreme-ownershipâ mindset, you thrive in a fast and fluid environment
- đ„ Ambitious: keen to grow quickly as part of a high-performing team
