Description

Easy Auto is seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Tech for the Office Complex/Estate/Farm in Cleveland. This full time position is primarily responsible for landscape care and equipment/building repairs. This includes: Mowing and trimming the lawn, keeping up the landscape, herbicide spraying, light mechanical repairs and maintenance, light carpentry/handyman work, and operating equipment (mowers, trimmers, chainsaw, etc.)

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
• Work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail are a must, along with a great attitude.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have the ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Experience in operating landscaping equipment.
• Light mechanical skills.
• Operating experience with utility tractors and compact construction equipment is a plus but not required.
