Our Executive Director and leaders are very hands on in the classroom, and they bring a lot of great activities each month which makes for a fun and engaging environment.
Salary Ranges: $21 to $24 per hour for EEC Certified Candidates & $17 to $20 per hour for Assistant Candidates. The compensation range represents Little Sprouts' intention for this position. Actual offers may vary based on experience, education, and other business factors.
$1,000 sign on bonus for EEC Certified candidates will be paid out: 50% on the first pay period following your 180th day of employment and 50% on the first pay period following 270 days of consecutive employment.
