Ft. Harrison Veterinarians is seeking a passionate Veterinary Practice Manager to join and practice alongside our current DVM in Indianapolis, IN. Requirements
As the Practice Manager, your role will include:
- Overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and seamless workflows.
- Partnering with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional client and patient care.
- Collaborating with Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP) to implement operational goals, recruitment efforts, and onboarding initiatives.
- Monitoring and managing financial performance, including budgeting, payroll, and expense control.
- Developing and enforcing hospital policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Leading training, professional development, and performance management for staff.
- Fostering a positive, team-oriented culture focused on innovation, learning, and client satisfaction.
- Acting as a point of contact for client feedback and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of management experience in a veterinary, medical, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Technology: Proficiency with veterinary practice management software is a plus.
- Education: A degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Mindset: A proactive, adaptable attitude with a focus on operational success and employee engagement.
