We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile App Testing Engineer to join us! Requirements

• Identify the core evaluation metrics for the Mobile app and establish reasonable evaluation systems and testing standards based on these metrics.
• Design test cases, write necessary test design documents for new features and modules.
• Design testing plans based on R&D designs and changes; and participate in the execution of test cases.
• Follow up on user feedback, reproduce bugs, collaborate with R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Stay informed about market changes, including new mobile devices and competitor apps.
• Build APP Testbed in the lab and automation testing framework.
• Develop internal tools to solve common testing pain points or improve testing efficiency.
• Establish a regression automation test suite based on the manual test cases, and integrate with the CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application testing, strong knowledge of mobile application testing processes and methods.
• Experience in app testing should ideally be based on the interaction between the app and devices (not just the app itself)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for debugging mobile applications and device interactions.
• Deep understanding of mobile user experience (UI/UX), attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork, able to collaborate effectively across different teams.
• Strong experience with automation framework implementation and automation test case implementation. 
• Strong awareness of emerging AI technologies in QA and the ability to drive their practical adoption within testing workflows to improve efficiency, coverage, and overall quality outcomes.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with smart home ecosystems or Networking products
• Familiar with computer network protocols.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve QA work, including but not limited to:
• AI-assisted test case generation and optimization
• AI-driven test automation script generation or refactoring
• Intelligent bug analysis and log interpretation
• Use of LLM-based tools to enhance regression coverage and test design
