Casework Supervisor presso Cal Farley's Boys Ranch

Description

Responsible for the supervision and provision of casework services to the residents of Boys Ranch, to include coordination of child advocacy activities, provision of counseling and intervention services and provision of on-call services

Requirements

A Master’s degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Child Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required.

A license from the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners, Texas State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, Texas State Board of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Texas State Board of Psychologists or similar is preferred.

A minimum of 2 years experience in case management is required.

Staff supervision experience is strongly preferred.

Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.

Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.

Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting/standing.

Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.

Must be available for travel as needed.
