Blue United Sourcing is placing a Physical Therapist (PT) at a skilled nursing facility in San Jose, CA — the heart of Silicon Valley, surrounded by incredible dining, outdoor adventures, and year-round sunshine. This is a 13-week contract starting ASAP, with a travel-to-perm path available for the right candidate. Think of it as a try-before-you-commit opportunity. Requirements

• Active CA PT license required
• SNF experience preferred
