Position Overview
TP-Link is seeking a highly responsible, detail-oriented individual to support the Ecommerce sales organization in sales inventory and operational workflows. This position is responsible for filing disputes, managing claims, and inventory monitoring across all ecommerce platforms including Shopify, and Amazon.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-driven, and comfortable balancing administrative, operational, and process-improvement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispute Management – File and handle disputes end-to-end across multiple sales channels identifying discrepancies and filing claims to resolve issues involving but not limited to shortages, mis-receives, inaccurate inventory counts, and more
• Inventory Monitoring – Review inventory levels across DTC/DTB/TikTok sales channels and provide updates for replenishment
• Claims Processing – Process claims as needed from chargebacks to incorrect charges in invoicing.
• Outbound Operations – Review status of outbound shipments to warehouses to ensure accurate receipt of product quantities.
• Sales Support – Ensure pricing, discounts and configuration of products align with sales plans
• Documentation – Maintain documentation for collaboration and visibility with cross-teams including accounting, sales, and warehouse.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-4 years of similar work environment or experience
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Working in-office is an essential function of this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Logic minded thinker, great reasoning skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
