Description
Property Management company is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Bookkeeper to support the financial and leasing operations of our 542-unit apartment community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
What You'll Do:
The Bookkeeper plays a key role in keeping our community running smoothly. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident financial records
- Posting rents and deposits in a timely manner
- Entering and processing vendor and contractor invoices into the system
- Issuing appropriate notices as needed, including late payment and eviction notices
- Processing lease applications and securing applicable deposits
- Following up with applicants on the status of their applications
- Welcoming and orienting new residents to the community
Requirements
We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and professional individual who takes pride in their work and brings a positive attitude to everything they do. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They possess excellent customer service skills, a genuine enthusiasm for helping others, and a natural drive to go above and beyond in every interaction. Prior bookkeeping or property management experience is a plus. Weekend availability is required.
