Kitchen Operations Assistant - Dishwasher presso Willett Distillery

Description

We are seeking a dishwasher to join our team! This is your opportunity to work alongside one of the top culinary teams on the bourbon trail.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes

• Keep dish area free of clutter and organized

• Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks

• Maintain cleanliness of floors throughout the shift

• Properly wash, stack, and store glassware, silverware, cookware and storage containers

• Change water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly use chemical dilutions set by EcoLab

• Assist in the timely storage of food deliveries

• Maintain trash cans throughout shift and remove full trashcans/boxes at the end of shift

• Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves

• Follow the posted daily dish cleaning duties

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar style establishment preferred

• Planning and multi-tasking

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Basic written and verbal communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Accuracy and speed in executing tasks

• Ability to work as a team member

• Follow directions and instructions
