Cottonwood Creek Dental, a Mosaic Dental Collective supported practice in Eagle, ID is seeking a skilled and dedicated Locum Tenens Dentist to join an established and growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and advance your career and work alongside practice partner Dr. Mike Dolby.  Working in a Mosaic supported office also provides immediate access to a network of successful dental professionals aligned in their goal to build a successful doctor led dental collective.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Idaho State License/Credentials
• Active DEA License
• Active Malpractice Insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
