Description
Senior Clinical Manager – ABA Services Behavioral Health Works
Ready to Level Up? This Role Was Built for the CM Who's Ready for More.
At Behavioral Health Works, we're looking for a Senior Clinical Manager who's mastered the Clinical Manager role and is ready to step into something bigger. This is a leadership position for someone who thinks operationally, leads decisively, and wants to shape the quality and capacity of an entire region -not just a caseload.
The Role
This is a non-billable position split approximately 50/50 between clinical oversight and operational leadership. You won't just be managing cases -you'll be managing the systems, people, and decisions that keep a region running at its best.
On the clinical side, you'll:
- Conduct overlaps with Clinical Managers to ensure quality and consistency of services across your region
- Perform session note audits and data reviews to uphold compliance and clinical integrity
- Manage high-priority cases and develop clear plans of action when challenges arise
On the operational side, you'll:
- Address BT and family escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Build and execute action plans when provider or client cancellations are elevated
- Conduct regular 1:1s and monthly check-ins with CMs and Supervisors
- Assess team capacity to determine when caseloads can grow -and when it's time to hire
- Feed directly into workforce planning decisions, including when to bring on additional BCBAs or case supervisors
This role sits at the intersection of clinical excellence and operational strategy -and that's exactly what makes it exciting.
Who Thrives Here
You're a BCBA who has excelled as a Clinical Manager and is hungry for the next challenge. You love digging into data, you don't shy away from tough conversations, and you think in systems. You're the person who spots a pattern before it becomes a problem -and already has a solution ready.
- BCBA certified or licensed behavior analyst (required)
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or related field
- 3+ years as a certified/licensed behavior analyst
- 3+ years supervising ABA programs
- Highly detail-oriented with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CentralReach; proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Suite
- Growth-minded, operationally savvy, and a natural people leader
