Titans Law is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in premises liability and negligence defense litigation in Florida state courts.

This opportunity is ideal for a litigation-ready attorney who understands Florida civil procedure, motion practice, discovery strategy, and liability exposure analysis — and wants the infrastructure and consistent case flow to focus on high-level advocacy.

About the Role

You will handle premises liability and related negligence matters from inception through resolution in Florida circuit and county courts, including:

• Drafting and arguing motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and other dispositive motions
• Managing written discovery, depositions, and expert coordination
• Conducting hearings, case management conferences, and mediations
• Evaluating liability exposure and damages risk
• Developing strategic defense plans in injury and tort cases
• Negotiating settlements when appropriate
• Preparing cases for trial when necessary

We are specifically seeking someone comfortable litigating throughout Florida state courts with a strong command of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and evidentiary standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Demonstrated experience handling premises liability matters
• Experience litigating in Florida circuit and/or county courts
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
• Deposition and hearing experience
• Ability to independently manage a state court litigation docket
• Strategic thinker with strong case valuation and risk assessment skills

Trial experience is a plus.
