Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all office spaces, including restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and individual workstations.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment to promote a hygienic environment.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, ensuring that all areas are clean and free of debris.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to management to ensure consistency in cleaning standards.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including carpet cleaning and window washing, on a scheduled basis.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning products and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services, preferably in an office environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as proper handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours if needed to minimize disruption in the workplace.
