As a Hospice Aide, you’ll be part of a close-knit team focused on providing comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and families during end-of-life care. You’ll work hand-in-hand with nurse case managers to ensure consistent, respectful care where it matters most — at home.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Follow the Hospice Aide Plan of Care with professionalism and compassion
• Document care and observations accurately and on time
• Communicate changes or concerns to the nurse case manager
• Safely use and assist with durable medical equipment
• Support patients’ comfort, dignity, and daily routines

What You Bring

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Missouri CNA certification required
• Hospice or long-term care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Willingness to travel up to 60 miles occasionally from our Maryland Heights office
