Description

Responsibility. Focus. Sun.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

This role is based in Greece.

You relocate for the season to work at a hotel pool or beach area — not as a guest, but as the person responsible for safety.

Before you even pack your suitcase:

Your accommodation is arranged.
Your meals are included.
Your seasonal contract is prepared.

No searching for housing.
No wondering how you’ll manage daily expenses.

You arrive ready to focus on your job.

YOUR FIRST DAY ON SITE

You stand by the pool.
Or at the beach.

Guests relax.
Children jump into the water.
Music plays in the background.

Your role is calm, controlled awareness.

You’re not there to entertain.
You’re not there to socialize constantly.

You are there to observe, prevent, react.

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE

You supervise swimming areas during opening hours.

You enforce safety rules when needed — professionally, not aggressively.

You stay alert. Even during quiet moments.

You step in immediately if someone needs assistance.

You provide first aid when required.

You maintain a safe environment so guests can enjoy their holiday without risk.

Some days are calm and routine.
Some moments require instant reaction.

Your presence alone prevents accidents.

AFTER THE SEASON

You leave with:

International work experience
Proof of responsibility under pressure
Practical emergency handling skills
Professional references

And that carries weight.

This is not a “summer by the pool.”

It’s a season with responsibility.

If you are qualified, focused and ready to relocate to Greece —
join our Water Safety team. 🇬🇷🌊

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

You hold a valid Lifeguard license or certificate.

You are confident in:
– Rescue procedures
– First aid
– Staying focused for longer periods

You speak English well enough to communicate with guests.

You are physically fit and mentally sharp.

Experience is helpful — but certification is essential.

This role requires responsibility.
Not ego. Not distraction.

Benefits

WHAT YOUR SEASON IN GREECE FEELS LIKE

You work full-time, typically 5–6 days per week.

You live near your workplace.

Your accommodation is provided.
Your meals are included.

This reduces your monthly expenses and gives you financial clarity during the season.

You relocate to Greece for work — but you live where others spend their holidays.

After your shift, you still have sunsets, warm evenings and Mediterranean atmosphere around you.
