Unimacts is seeking a dynamic Senior Machine Technician / Line Lead to take the helm of our cutting-edge ERW tube rolling equipment in Las Vegas, Nevada. This isn't just a job; it's a mission. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Master and Optimize ERW Roll Form Equipment, targeting peak Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost outcomes.
• Champion continuous enhancement, pushing boundaries to reduce raw material conversion costs.
• Lead ERW tube production teams in maintaining top-notch safety standards through regular equipment checks.
• Manage production teams across 3 shifts.
• Employ SPC techniques to fine-tune processes, guaranteeing customer-spec products.
• Swiftly execute tooling changeovers using SMED techniques, keeping production flowing seamlessly.
• Conduct proactive maintenance and inspections with TPM techniques, anticipating and preventing equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot and repair ERW roll forming equipment, maximizing OEE performance.
• Strategically manage line performance to hit daily production and quality goals.
• Support the Production Supervisor in aligning line operators’ efforts.
• Input data meticulously into our systems, adhering to established protocols.
• Uphold the Unimacts ethos and standards, aligning with ISO 9001 and our Operating System.
• Engage in training sessions, always ready to expand your expertise.
• Adapt to new systems and methods as necessary.

Requirements

• 8+ years of roll forming equipment or related maintenance technician experience.
• An Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 quality control systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control, and continuous improvement strategies
• Deep hands-on experience with ERW Tube Roll Form equipment and tube mill.
• Expertise in electric resistance welding equipment's functionality and adjustments.
• TPM proficiency, skilled in equipment monitoring and preemptive action.
• Aptitude for adapting techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical journals and blueprints.
• Effective communication skills for presenting information to management.
• Problem-solving prowess, adept at handling complex situations.
• Proven ability to meet performance standards.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings and is a consummate team player.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent vision (with or without lenses).
• Outstanding manual dexterity and coordination.
• Thorough understanding of safety protocols.
• Capacity to lead and follow directions effectively.
• Decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• Availability for extended hours as needed.
