The AUM Reporting Associate will play a key role within the Finance organization, contributing to the firm’s endtoend AUM, flows, and runrate revenue reporting. This role supports a broad set of internal stakeholders—including Senior Management, Investment, Client Coverage, Marketing, RFP, and Legal & Compliance teams—by delivering accurate, timely, and consistent data that underpins critical business decisions.
The Senior Associate is expected to bring a techenabled and AIaware mindset, actively seeking opportunities to enhance reporting processes, improve data quality, and streamline workflows through automation and modern analytical tools. This position is wellsuited for someone who enjoys diving into data, improving processes, and partnering across teams to strengthen the firm’s reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analysis
Execute core AUM and client flows reporting processes across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles
Produce accurate, reliable reporting packages for Senior Management, Client Coverage, Investment Teams, Marketing, RFP, and Legal & Compliance
Provide ad hoc analysis, historical trends, and insights to support internal requests and client reporting needs
Develop a strong understanding of AUM definitions, methodologies, and data sources
Technology, Automation & AIEnabled Enhancements
Use technology and AIassisted analytics to improve data validation, streamline recurring tasks, and identify anomalies
Partner with Technology, Operations, and other business groups to refine upstream processes and improve data quality
Participate in system enhancements, data testing, and UAT to ensure Finance requirements are met
Surface opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, or automation to reduce manual effort and strengthen data integrity
Process Improvement, Controls & Collaboration
Strengthen AUM reporting by documenting processes, refining controls, and enhancing datagovernance
Implement process improvements that streamline reporting cycles and enhance the overall stakeholder experience
Partner with Operations, Legal, Technology, and business teams to align data inputs, definitions, and reporting standards
Communicate clearly and proactively when issues arise, ensuring stakeholders have timely and accurate information
Support special projects, audits, regulatory requests, and crossfunctional initiatives related to AUM data and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or data analysis, ideally within asset management
Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, OneStream, Alteryx, or similar tools preferred
Demonstrated ability in using AIenabled tools and automation to improve processes or enhance analysis
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency
Solid analytical and problemsolving skills with a continuousimprovement mindset
Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fastpaced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across teams
Positive, collaborative attitude and a high level of accountability

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
