Automotive Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Schedule service appointments
• Customer service
• Complete repair orders
• Order parts
• Assist the Service Manager 

Automotive Customer Service Specialist Requirements: 

• Customer service experience
• Automotive or relatable repair center experience is preferred
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Must be detailed & organized
• Valid driver's license
