Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM, you will lead the implementation of business processes within the Oracle HCM Core HR, Self Services module & Security. Your role involves applying expertise in business processes and systems to design, configure, and customize the product. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Implementation Efforts: Lead the implementation of business processes within the Oracle HCM Core HR, Self Services module & Security, understanding business requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending leading practice solutions to enhance process efficiencies and reduce future maintenance efforts.

Design and Configure Solutions: Apply expertise in business processes and systems to design, configure, and customize the product, creating functional designs and prototypes, and conducting application testing.

Educate Clients: Educate clients on Oracle HCM best practices, identifying opportunities for additional services, and providing engagement managers with status reports to keep them informed of the project’s overall progress.

Share Product Skills: Participate in training and other events to share product skills with fellow practitioners.

Provide Status Reports: Keep engagement managers informed of the project’s overall progress through regular status reports.

Required technical and professional expertise

Oracle HCM Implementation Experience: Experience with implementing business processes within Oracle HCM Core HR, Self Services module & Security, including understanding business requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending leading practice solutions.

Business Process Design Expertise: Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing Oracle HCM products, creating functional designs and prototypes, and conducting application testing.

Oracle HCM Best Practices Knowledge: Experience with Oracle HCM best practices, including identifying opportunities for additional services and providing guidance to clients.

Product Configuration Skills: Experience with configuring and customizing Oracle HCM products to meet business requirements.

Consulting Experience: Experience working in a consulting environment, providing status reports to engagement managers and participating in training and other events to share product skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience

Oracle HCM Advanced Features: Experience with advanced features of Oracle HCM, including Core HR, Self Services module & Security, to design and implement complex business processes.

Business Process Optimization: Experience in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement to optimize Oracle HCM implementation and reduce maintenance efforts.

Industry-Specific Solutions: Experience with industry-specific solutions and best practices for Oracle HCM implementation to provide tailored guidance to clients.
