What this role is really about
This role is about defining and shaping ambient experiences on TV - where users aren’t searching, tapping, or even consciously engaging.
Your job is to turn Glance into something people notice, trust, and return to - through prototypes, not presentations.
What you’ll do

Own major parts of the Glance TV ambient experience

Define product direction through working prototypes and live experiments

Partner deeply with design and engineering to build and ship

Decide what deserves attention on TV - and what doesn’t

Balance delight, restraint, and clarity in a shared-screen environment

Use qualitative insight and data to evolve the experience over time
What we’re looking for

4–8 years of product management experience on consumer products
-
Strong taste in UX and interaction design
-
Proven ability to move from idea → prototype → shipped experience

Comfort making decisions with incomplete or imperfect data
-
Clear thinking and strong product judgment
Bonus if you have

Experience building ambient, content, media, or AI-led products

Familiarity with multi-surface ecosystems (TV + mobile)

A strong point of view on discovery and exploration
