Production Team Lead (2nd Shift) presso Carfair

Description

As a Production Team Lead on the 2nd Shift at Carfair Composites, you will be instrumental in supervising and guiding the production team to ensure that our manufacturing processes operate smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a dedicated team of production workers, coordinating tasks, monitoring production quality, and maintaining a high standard of safety within the workplace. Your leadership will be crucial in reaching production targets while fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.

You will be responsible for training new employees, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• Availability to work the 2nd Shift (Mon-Thur 3:00pm-1:30am) with flexibility for overtime.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address production challenges effectively.
• Dedication to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Able to foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture among team members.
