We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. We are looking for a highly analytical Associate Program Manager who is deeply comfortable working with data and using it to drive business decisions. This is not a coordination-heavy PM role — it is a hands-on, data-first role.

You will partner with leadership  to uncover insights, build reporting frameworks, and execute programs that directly impact business performance.

What You'll Do

  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate large datasets
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities through deep data analysis
  • Own business problems end-to-end — from hypothesis to insight to execution
  • Work closely with product, engineering, growth, and operations teams
  • Drive operational efficiency through scalable processes
  • What We're Looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Analytics, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar roles
  • Hands on experience with SQL & Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
  • High ownership, comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous startup environments
  • Prior startup/ high growth company experience
