Head of Ecosystem & Community (Rollup Infrastructure)

Location: Remote - US only

Compensation: $150K - $220K

We are a pioneering blockchain infrastructure firm building the future of rollup architecture. Our vision is to solve the fragmentation of the current ecosystem by enabling synchronous cross-chain composability. We believe developers shouldn't have to choose between scalability and interoperability.

We are creating a modular rollup framework that allows app-specific L3s to remain sovereign while achieving atomic, cross-chain interactions—no trusted bridges or brittle async calls required. Backed by top-tier Ethereum researchers and VCs, we are looking for a high-leverage leader to grow our ecosystem and drive the adoption of our core platforms, including our Based Appchain Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the co-founders to align ecosystem growth with our broader protocol strategy.
• Community Building: Nurture and scale a developer community focused on our "Based Appchain" technology and DA (Data Availability) builder tools.
• Marketing & Content: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for our first-party appchain and develop high-signal technical content to engage the Ethereum developer community.
• Business Development: Drive partnerships with protocols, app developers, and modular projects to expand the adoption of our infrastructure.
• Presence: Represent the company at major industry events (both virtual and in-person) to communicate our vision for a composable rollup future.

Requirements

• Deeply Crypto-Native: You live on-chain and have a genuine passion for decentralization and Ethereum’s roadmap.
• Technical Fluency: A strong understanding of Rollups (L2s/L3s), DeFi primitives, and the modular expansion landscape.
• Execution Power: Proven ability to move projects from ideation to launch in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Nice to Have:

• Technical Background: Prior experience in infrastructure or software engineering is a significant plus.
• X (Twitter) Presence: A track record of creating engaging technical content or "alpha" in the crypto space.
• Information Density: You are a "power learner" (e.g., you consume 10+ hours of crypto podcasts/research monthly).
• Creative Skills: Basic design skills or experience with visual storytelling.
