Senior Head of Organic Content Marketing presso Impact Clients
Impact Clients · Germania · Remote
Description
This is not a social media manager role.
This is not a “make posts and schedule content” job.
This is not a gig or a short-term contractor position.
This is a senior operator role for someone who wants to build and lead a world-class organic media machine alongside Richard Yu.
Our Company Mission: To help ordinary people build extraordinary businesses online, and teach them the mindset and skills necessary to not just to make money, but more importantly to improve in all aspects of their lives.
Who We Are: We are an online education company that teaches people (9-5ers, busy parents, university students, etc) how to build thriving online digital product businesses
Our Founder’s Story: Richard Yu began documenting his life at age 19 from his college dorm room in UCLA. Within 2 years, he launched a $500 productivity course (teaching college students how to wake up early and be productive), that ended up doing $500K in sales in 8 months. So many of his peers asked him “how did you do it?!” so he began to teach others how to monetize their knowledge and sell digital products (courses, PDFs, coaching, etc).
That grew into a consulting and education company that has now done over 30 million in sales and a team of 62 full time staff.
Feel free to reference a documentary made about his life here: https://youtu.be/Ln4WCfGDKlk?si=KOTfrTF66JlXxcQ0
Our mission is to build one of the most influential organic-first personal media brands in the world with 10M+ followers across platforms while driving massive, profitable traffic into our software companies and education businesses.
We strongly believe that income is a reflection of the impact we make on this world, and so through our content we aspire to positively impact 10M followers in the next 24 months.
We are intentionally shifting away from paid growth on social and moving 100% organic-first.
This role will own that transformation as the key leader, operator, and soon business partner in our company.

Your Mission
Build, scale, and lead the entire organic content ecosystem—starting with Instagram, then expanding outward into YouTube, short-form platforms, and written platforms—while earning the trust, respect, and performance of a growing content team.
Phase-Based Responsibilities
Phase 1: Instagram Organic (Immediate Priority)
You will personally own Instagram organic growth end-to-end.
This includes:
- Conducting viral content research to find the most viral and trending content that exists
- Writing word for word teleprompter scripts for Richard to read off of when filming content
- Writing or approving copy direction
- Reviewing and directing short-form video execution
- Working closely with the Instagram copywriter and editor
- Defining KPIs (retention, saves, shares, profile visits, follows, revenue impact)
- Ensuring content is natively optimized (no ads, no boosting)
You must deeply understand Instagram before you can lead it.
Phase 2: Instagram + YouTube
Once Instagram is operating at a high level:
- You will oversee both Instagram and YouTube
- The YouTube channel owner and scriptwriter will report to you
- You must understand:
- Long-form retention
- Thumbnails and titles
- Watch time and session growth
- Content packaging for education-based channels
We do not believe in leaders who “manage” channels they don’t understand.
Phase 3: Short-Form Expansion (FB + TikTok)
You will expand organic distribution to:
- Facebook (organic, not ads)
- TikTok
This is not copy-paste repurposing.
You must understand:
- Platform-native hooks
- CTA differences
- Formatting nuances
- Audience psychology differences
Phase 4: Written Platforms (X + LinkedIn)
You will eventually oversee:
- X (Twitter)
- LinkedIn (a major priority)
This includes ghostwriting in the founder’s voice, narrative-based authority content, and business storytelling.
Leadership Expectations
We hire top-down.
You must be able to:
- Hire and negotiate compensation
- Train and develop talent
- Run effective meetings
- Hold people accountable to output and performance
- Work with agencies short-term (3–6 months), learn from them, then build in-house
This is an operator role, not an individual contributor role—though you must still have a strong personal content skillset.
Who This Role Is For
- You have led organic growth before
- You’ve worked with creators or brands at hundreds of thousands to millions of followers
- You want to build something massive—not just manage tasks
- You’re comfortable with ownership, accountability, and pressure
- You want to be a long-term partner, not a short-term hire
Requirements
Required: A Content Superpower
You must clearly know your core creative superpower, such as:
- Cinematic videography / shooting
- Elite video editing / storytelling
- High-conversion copywriting / ghostwriting
- Visual direction / creative strategy
You do not need to be great at everything—but you must be exceptional at something.
In-Person Preference (Strongly Preferred, Not Mandatory)
We strongly prefer candidates who:
- Can travel 1–2x per month to shoot content with Richard
- Are comfortable being on-location for filming
- Can work closely with editors because they shot the footage themselves
Richard is based in Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico (you’re encouraged to look it up).
Travel is not mandatory, but it is a major advantage.
Global Vision (Optional Upside)
In the next 24 months:
- Expansion into Spanish-speaking markets
- Expansion into Chinese-speaking markets
If you speak Spanish or Mandarin, this is a strong plus.
Benefits
Compensation is flexible and merit-based.
- Entry-level leadership: $4,000–$5,000/month
- Senior, proven operators: $10,000+/month
- Performance-based growth expected
This role is designed to evolve into a partner-level position:
- Potential profit share
- Potential equity discussions after ~12 months
- Exposure to software companies already valued at multiple eight figures
This is performance-dependent, not guaranteed.
