We are a Houston-based real estate investment firm that helps homeowners in difficult or time-sensitive situations by providing fast, fair solutions. Our signature service is making a cash offer on a home in as little as one hour.

We work with sellers facing foreclosure, inherited properties, divorce, relocation, or homes that need repairs. Our goal is to make the process simple, respectful, and stress-free.

This is a full-time, hourly, in-office position for someone who loves people and loves performance.

You will spend your day connecting with homeowners, listening to their story, understanding their situation and pain points, and guiding them toward a solution while staying highly active on the phones.

Success in this role comes from situational empathy/curiosity paired with consistency. You will follow up with leads through multiple touchpoints, ask thoughtful but direct questions, and confidently move conversations toward scheduled appointments/negotiation conversations. This is a fast-paced environment where persistence, activity, and follow-through matter.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in real estate (investment, wholesaling, brokerage, or related field)
  • Comfortable using basic real estate terminology when speaking with sellers
  • Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
  • Ability to handle a high volume of daily calls and consistent follow-up
  • Empathetic communicator who can listen, build rapport, and ask direct questions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep accurate notes and follow-up records
  • Willingness to learn and use systems such as Follow Up Boss, Calendly, and Mojo Dialer
  • Training is provided for systems, scripts, and processes
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and strong follow-through
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a full-time, hourly, in-office role
  • Must be able to work in-office in the 77018 area (near 290 & 610)

Benefits
