About the Role

Our client is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to launch and grow our footprint in the Miami market. They specialize in high-demand supplement products, and we need a "hunter" to secure placement in gas stations, smoke shops, and convenience stores.

This is not a desk job. You will be in the field daily, going door-to-door, speaking directly with business owners, and closing deals on the spot. If you have the hustle to turn "no" into "yes" and want to build a high-income territory, this is the opportunity for you.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect & Close: Visit 20-30 locations per day (Cold Calling). Your main objective is opening new accounts and getting our product on the counter.
  • Merchandise: Ensure our brand wins the shelf. You will set up displays, posters, and window signage to drive sell-through.
  • Manage Relationships: Visit existing accounts regularly to check inventory, restock product, and introduce new SKUs.
  • Educate: Train store clerks and owners on the benefits of our product so they can effectively sell it to their customers.
  • Territory Management: Efficiently map your daily route in the Miami area to maximize face-time with customers.

Who You Are

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): Required. You must be able to communicate effectively with store owners in Miami’s diverse market.
  • Thick-Skinned: You are comfortable walking into a busy store, interrupting the routine, and pitching a product. Rejection does not slow you down.
  • Independent: You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get the work done. You are self-motivated to hit your commission goals.
  • Personable: You can build instant rapport with anyone, from a corporate buyer to an independent bodega owner.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of Door-to-Door, Route Sales, or B2B prospecting experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to smoke shops, vape shops, or C-stores is a major plus.
  • Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • Availability: Monday – Friday (some flexibility required based on store owner availability).
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift boxes of product (up to 25 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
