Credence has an immediate opening for an experienced Program Execution Group Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/LP at Tinker Air Force Base, OK.
The AFLCMC Propulsion Directorate, AFLCMC/LP, has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for developing, acquiring, testing, fielding, sustaining and modernizing leading edge propulsion systems through the life cycle management for the United States (US) war-fighter and international partners. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements in support of propulsion, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities at AFLCMC/LP with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Plan, assist, coordinate, draft, follow-up and execute corporate processes.
- Assist with the planning and drafting of the monthly acquisition report.
- Assist with the coordination of briefings, papers, and inputs to ensure continuity and standardization over time.
- Assist with consolidating information for, generating charts, and facilitating staff meetings for senior program management. Charts include data from various tracking systems, including but not limited to travel, accountability, calendars, top issues, suspenses, and personnel actions.
- Assist with the maintenance and execution of the self-inspection checklist program.
- Support the management and tracking of internal and external suspense tasks.
- Assist with planning and tracking award review boards, award and decoration packages, personnel performance reports and feedback.
- Assist the directorate (and its members) with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages.
- Assist with consolidating package information that needs to be staffed to EN-EZ, AFLCMC, AFMC, the AF, and DoD and its various organizations in support of the program and leadership.
- Assist the front office group (and its members) with travel approval worksheets, to include drafting estimates and justification for the travel. The Contractor shall assist with consolidating and staffing travel requests as required.
- Assist with consolidating information from the functional areas and leadership to draft reports and briefs as required. The Government will use the briefs for internal or external decisions as well as brainstorming sessions. The reports can be status reports for internal or external reporting as necessary.
- Assist with the employment of analytical methods or techniques to collect, analyze, and evaluate information required by the EN-EZ Division managers.
- Assist with coordinating all EN-EZ Division’s top issues, activity reports and briefings for the Engineering Directorate staff meetings.
- Track, coordinate, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership IAW statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Clearance: Secret
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 12 years of which must be in the DoD or
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 15 years of which must be in the DoD or
- 30 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, 20 years of which must be in the DoD
