At HERO Software, we build SaaS solutions that help tradespeople simplify their daily work. As part of our growth strategy, we are currently focused on expanding HERO into the Dutch market and actively experimenting with the use of AI to work smarter and faster. To support this journey, we are looking for a motivated Dutch speaking Working Student to support our Netherlands market expansion. In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing and operations in the Dutch market and gain hands-on experience in SaaS growth, go-to-market execution, and practical AI use cases.

Your Mission

You will support the HERO team in successfully launching and scaling HERO in the Dutch market and help apply AI tools in day-to-day market expansion work. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing demo accounts for Dutch leads to showcase HERO in the best possible way.
• Supporting the Netherlands team with project management and operational tasks.
• Collecting customer feedback via video calls and helping structure and summarise insights.
• Using and experimenting with AI tools to support research, documentation, analysis, and process optimisation.

Requirements

Your Superpowers

• You are an enrolled student looking for a working student position.
• You are available for a period of at least six months.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You have a proactive, hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership.
• You have first-hand experience and curiosity in using AI tools.
• You have an interest in SaaS, go-to-market execution, and new technologies.
• Experience with SaaS, sales support, or market entry projects is a plus, but not required.
