Purpose of Position: The Warehouse Coordinator has the responsibility for, in accordance with company policies, coordinating and optimizing flows related to warehouse logistics up to shipments/transport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping workflow and other warehouse operations according to established company standards, policies, procedures, processes
- Assign tasks and work orders to warehouse workers
- Classify inventory and complete inventory tracking
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes by monitoring KPIs
- Manage personnel and the team: performance assessment, communication of feedback, identification of any training needs
Knowledge & Skills:
- Technical: Knowledge of warehouse processes and flows knowledge of warehouse logistics planning and control processes; experience in overseeing all warehouse activities, expertise in performance evaluation and monitoring of key indicators (KPIs).
- Personal: Organizational and analytical skills; relational and communication skills; ability to return feedback; ability to make decisions and related responsibility; ability to delegate; attitude to continuous improvement; results oriented.
