Role Overview
We are hiring a Plumbing Service Technician with at least one year of residential experience. No plumbing license is required. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, working directly with homeowners, and presenting clear, honest solutions.

You’ll be the face of the company in the home—delivering quality service, building trust, and identifying repair and upgrade opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Diagnose and service residential plumbing issues
• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections
• Service and maintain water heaters
• Assist with sewer services, including sewer camera inspections (when required)
• Clearly explain problems and solutions to homeowners
• Recommend repairs or upgrades when appropriate
• Provide a professional, customer-first experience on every call
• Identify service opportunities and ethically upsell solutions

Requirements

What You Need to Apply

• Minimum 1 year of residential plumbing experience

• No plumbing license required

• Experience with service, maintenance, or sewer work preferred

• Sales experience or comfort presenting solutions is a big plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication and people skills

• Willingness to learn, grow, and improve earning potential
