Dave Jones, LLC is looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential plumbing, hvac, and electrical new construction projects from start to finish. This role works closely with builders, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Compensation Details:

• Salaried Position: $100,000 - 120,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active construction projects and job sites simultaneously
• Serve as the main point of contact for builders, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Track project schedules, timelines, materials, and budgets
• Assist with project billing and timeline accuracy
• Resolve job site issues, contractor conflicts, and field challenges as they arise
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Superintendents, Safety, Purchasing, and Crew Leaders
• Maintain strong relationships with key contractors and partners
• Support quality control efforts and job site reviews
• Conduct performance reviews for field team members
• Promote and enforce company safety policies on all job sites
• Identify and document employee performance or disciplinary issues in partnership with HR
• Visit active construction sites regularly

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between field superintendents, crew leaders, and office staff
• Provides leadership and guidance to field teams

Requirements

Education

• Associate’s degree in Business, Construction, or related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management a plus
• Equivalent experience considered

Experience

• 2+ years of construction or project management experience preferred

Certifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Project Management certifications preferred
