THE ROLE
Breakaway is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Artist Relations Support Staff to support the on-site Artist Relations team during festival weekends. This role assists with artist hospitality, backstage logistics, and artist movement, helping ensure smooth day-of-show execution and an exceptional artist experience. This position is typically filled by local staff within each festival market.
This is a short-term, festival-based contract role, with a typical schedule of Thursday–Saturday (hours may vary based on operational needs and event schedules). Candidates must be available to work on-site in the local festival market.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Artist Relations team with on-site logistics and tasks
- Assist with green room setup, cleanliness, and restocking
- Help manage artist movement and backstage flow
- Run errands and assist with hospitality needs
- Provide general support to Coordinators and Senior Coordinator as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work on-site during festival days, load-in days, and load out day.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed
- Comfortable in fast-paced, outdoor event environments
- Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
