Job Description
Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical, schedule, and cost performance of one or more programs.
- Direct the practice of monitoring and controlling of project performance, to include metrics reporting, trends analysis, policy and scientific analysis, and project reporting to Government customers, AFS leadership, and project/portfolio stakeholders
- Oversee and coordinate timely and accurate deliverable submissions to the Government customer Manage program staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, training, retention, assignments, and ensuring labor qualification and security clearance requirements are met Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and support multiple different efforts as needed
- Provide support to technical proposals and growth opportunities for this program Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, leadership, strong work ethic, teamwork, and excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Plan and coordinate program management process activities including preparation of briefings and presentation.
Must have:
- 10 years of professional experience with 2 years in program management
- Experience with business development & capture
- Bachelors degree
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
