The Global Treasury Manager oversees treasury operations across the United States, Canada, and EMEA regions. This role is responsible for managing global cash operations, liquidity forecasting, compliance, and banking governance while supporting M&A integration and global insurance programs. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on execution to drive process efficiency, automation, and global treasury transformation initiatives.

This role will be hybrid in our Waltham, MA office (preferred) or Lake Worth, FL office.  We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:

  • Oversee daily cash positioning, payments, reconciliations, liquidity management, and fraud monitoring across North America and EMEA.
  • Serve as primary administrator for banking portals; manage access, security, and system integrity. 
  • Lead 13-week cash forecasting and consolidate results for global reporting and analysis. 
  • Collaborate with local finance teams to enhance forecast accuracy and liquidity planning. 
  • Support M&A integration activities, including account setup, funding, and cash flow onboarding for new entities. 
  • Maintain and optimize bank account structures, signatories, and KYC documentation across all regions. 
  • Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards in both North America and EMEA. 
  • Act as regional lead for global insurance programs (property, liability, D&O, cyber), managing renewals, claims, and broker relationships. 
  • Drive treasury transformation initiatives such as cash pooling and EMEA payment factory implementation. 
  • Partner with Treasury and Finance leadership to standardize global treasury processes, strengthen internal controls, and support SOX compliance. 

About you: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred. 
  • 5–10 years of treasury or corporate finance experience with multinational exposure. 
  • Strong expertise in cash management, forecasting, and banking operations. 
  • Experience with M&A integration, insurance coordination, and treasury systems (e.g., Bank of America CashPro, Kyriba TMS, G-Treasury TMS, NetSuite). 
  • Knowledge of regional banking and compliance frameworks across North America and EMEA. 
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage priorities across time zones in a fast-paced, global environment.
