Primary Responsibilities Include
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a positive first and last impression.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- Monitor the entrance area to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
- Coordinate with the front office, concierge, and luggage porters to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
