The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Legal Technology and Knowledge Consultant to join our specialist SearchFlow team. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of legal expertise, technology, and customer engagement.
As a trusted advisor, you will work with customers, prospects, and internal teams to understand business needs, shape technical solutions, and support the delivery of products and services that help customers achieve their strategic, operational, and financial goals.
You will play a key part in delivering next‑generation service propositions, including API integrations, custom workflows, and bespoke ordering capabilities and empowering Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams with legal domain expertise.
The role will involve:
- Collaborating with sales to build a deep understanding of customer business models, strategies, and short‑ and long‑term needs.
- Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to position SearchFlow as a trusted solutions provider.
- Running structured discovery sessions to identify solution opportunities, process gaps, and workflow improvements.
- Creating polished solution materials, diagrams, and documentation for stakeholder sign‑off.
- Presenting solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Supporting junior staff in understanding legal and business processes related to new solutions.
- Providing escalated business support for complex legal, conveyancing, or product‑related queries.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing, legal software, and the wider legal/property industry.
- Delivering training and knowledge‑sharing sessions across teams.
- Assisting with technical elements of complex new business opportunities and propositions.
About you
The Legal Technology and Knowledge Consultant will be someone who brings curiosity, professionalism, and strong customer focus to everything they do.
You will have:
- A qualification in conveyancing or significant equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of the legal and property industry landscape.
- Experience working with customers to deliver bespoke solutions, including requirements capture, support, and training.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas convincingly.
- The ability to use discretion and initiative in solving complex problems.
