Potato Handler - 2nd Shift presso Our Home

Description

Our Home is on the lookout for a dedicated Potato Handler to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a Potato Handler, you will be an essential part of our production process, responsible for the handling, sorting, and preparation of potatoes for processing. The ideal candidate should be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items, and should demonstrate a commitment to ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of potato handling.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload potatoes from trucks and bins.
• Ensure that potatoes are stored properly to maintain quality.
• Assist in the cleaning and preparation of potatoes before they enter production.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for prolonged periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and good manufacturing practices.
