Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their automotive needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare detailed estimates and clearly communicate the recommended repairs and maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily workflow of the service department.
• Maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure clarity on repairs and service timelines.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
