We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide non-medical assistance to clients in the North County area. Caregivers help clients live safely and comfortably at home by supporting daily activities such as:

• Personal Care support: Bathing, dressing, and toileting/incontinence care
• Mobility support: ambulation, transferring, and positioning
• Medication reminders
• Housekeeping, laundry, meal planning, and preparation
• Running errands, shopping, and providing transportation
• Offering companionship and emotional support

Caregivers ensure services are delivered with care, dignity, and respect while following agency policies, state regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Benefits

This is a per diem position. Work hours are not guaranteed, as scheduling depends on client availability, needs, and preferences. Shifts will be assigned based on the best match between the caregiver and the client’s schedule.
