As a Funeral Director Intern at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral & Cremation Service, you will be a pivotal part of a team that honors and celebrates the lives of those we've lost. Your role will encompass managing the funeral planning process, ensuring that families feel supported and understood as they navigate their grief. You will conduct services, handle all arrangements respectfully, and maintain high standards of care. What You’ll Do
- Assist licensed directors in arranging and conducting funeral and memorial services.
- Support with preparation of the deceased, including transfers, embalming, dressing, and cosmetology.
- Provide exceptional service and comfort to families during all phases of care.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and represent Olson Funeral and Cremation Service within the community.

Requirements
- Degree from Accredited Mortuary Science Program plus additional college credits as required in the applicable state. In Minnesota you must have a Bachelors degree (or credit equivalent).
- Successful completion of the National Board Examination.
- Successful completion of the applicable State Board Examination.
- Valid Driver’s License.
