ServiceNow Configuration Specialist presso Stafford Gray

Description

This role focuses on the hands on configuration and technical build of ServiceNow. The person in this seat will translate requirements into forms, workflows, automations, and integrations that support the county’s operations.

• Configure ServiceNow modules based on business and technical requirements

• Build forms, workflows, business rules, and automation

• Support integrations with other county systems

• Troubleshoot platform issues and support testing

• Document configuration and maintain platform standards

• Partner with the implementation team to guide technical feasibility

• Work on site in Pontiac two days a week for working sessions

Requirements

• Strong hands on experience with ServiceNow configuration

• Knowledge of core modules such as ITSM, Incident, Request, Service Catalog

• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Experience building workflows and automation

• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned modules
