Description
Wolfe House Movers LLC is seeking a licensed Civil Professional Engineer (PE) to support our structural lifting, elevation and relocation projects. Wolfe is a nationally recognized leader in house and building moving, including residential, commercial and historic structures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and seal engineering drawings and calculations for:
- House lifting and structural support systems
- Temporary cribbing and shoring
- Foundations and load transfer paths
- Provide engineering input during planning and when needed, during active projects
- Conduct occasional site visits to evaluate existing conditions
- Support safety planning and risk mitigation
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil Engineering
- Pennsylvania license required (additional state licenses a plus)
- Experience in structural, foundation or construction engineering preferred
- Practical, hands-on approach and ability to work with field personnel
