Our team delivers data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions across pricing, packaging, business development, and new product investments for the entire AI Business Solutions product portfolio. We support all commercial segments - from Enterprise to SMB - by building economic frameworks, ROI models, determining market sizing, and creating the long range plan. These models bring clarity to complex challenges and empower senior leaders to make bold decisions. 

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to drive strategic commerce decisions across M365 and D365 portfolio. In this role you will:

  • Partner across the organization to help determine the optimal go-to market strategy to efficiently grow customer revenue across our entire per-user portfolio. This includes determining which customer cohorts will grow most effectively by sales channel.

  • Help protect revenue by translating proposed commercial licensing changes into a financial impact assessment. Iterate collaboratively with Business Planning, Engineering, and other product Finance teams to drive decisions that achieve both business and financial goals.

  • Build a broad network by collaborating with central finance, sales finance, corporate accounting, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Go To-Market Strategy: Determine which customers will grow most effectively through each sale channels (partners , direct sales, etc..), communicate strategy proposal to leaders, and work across the organization to help implement new strategy.

  • New Commerce Financial Analyses: Partner with Go-To-Market Business Planning to assess the financial impact of licensing changes as we transition customers from legacy licensing to our new commerce platform.

  • Business Case Analysis: Complete business cases to help prioritize commerce engineering as we build key new capabilities to grow revenue through our new commerce platform.

  • Drive AI Adoption Internally: Continuously search for ways to build better processes and tools and share practices with entire revenue planning team

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field.

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel and the ability to synthesize insights from large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in financial modeling.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data and scenarios into actionable insights and compelling business cases.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to zoom out and drive big-picture strategy when needed.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, skilled at prioritization across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Confident communicator who tailors messaging to diverse audiences, including leadership.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
